Terms
These terms cover use of DealScore (also called Deal Score) at https://cardealscore.com. The product grades a used car's asking price against market comps. It does not sell the car.
What you are using
DealScore is an informational pricing grade. You can run it from the web form, from REST, or from MCP (score_deal). The result is a grade, a short brief, and risks from the score_v1 rubric. It is not a guarantee of market value, vehicle condition, title, mileage, or that a seller will take an offer.
DealScore does not buy, sell, or broker vehicles and does not act as your agent in a purchase. You decide whether to negotiate, inspect, or walk away.
Meters and plan limits
A signed-out visitor can run one score, then needs to sign in. Signed-in Free accounts get 40 scored deals per UTC month. Paid Stripe plans are Starter ($15/month, 250 scored deals) and Builder ($45/month, 1000 scored deals). The web form, REST, and MCP share one counter. Only coverage: scored counts. Validation errors and cannot_score do not. Over the cap, scoring stops with an upgrade error. We do not silently substitute a mock grade.
Paid plans are subscriptions billed by Stripe. You can review the plan on Account. When Stripe reports the subscription is no longer paid, the account returns to the Free meter.
Accounts
Sign-in is an email magic link. You can revoke API keys on /keys. You can stop using DealScore at any time. We may suspend or end access if you abuse the service, try to bypass the meter, or interfere with other people's use. Ending access does not by itself delete a Stripe subscription; cancel that in the billing portal from Account.
